Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the rules for using iReach, including the Scout and Reach outreach features. By using iReach you agree to comply with it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Outreach rules
Scout and Reach messages are AI-drafted for your review. You are responsible for every message you approve and send.
- Only contact businesses where you have a genuine commercial purpose
- Do not send unsolicited mass email or spam; respect frequency limits and your plan quotas
- Always identify yourself and your business honestly
- Honour opt-out requests immediately and do not re-contact opted-out recipients
- Comply with anti-spam and electronic-communications laws in each recipient’s jurisdiction (e.g. Zambia Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, South Africa ECT Act, CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable)
- Do not use outreach to harass, threaten, defraud, or deceive
2. Prohibited conduct
- Misrepresenting capabilities, certifications, or identity
- Posting false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content
- Scraping, automated extraction, or resale of iReach data
- Attempting to access other members’ private data or circumvent security
- Uploading malware or interfering with platform operation
- Using iReach for any unlawful activity in your or any recipient’s jurisdiction
3. Business & member conduct
Treat other members professionally. Do not impersonate another business, post content you do not have rights to, or publish private information about others without consent. iReach may remove content that violates this policy.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, quota suspension, plan termination, or permanent account suspension, with or without notice. Serious violations may be reported to authorities. iReach reserves the right to investigate and act on suspected misuse.
5. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and forms part of our Terms of Service.
