Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms govern your use of iReach, a B2B network and intelligence platform operated by Perigon Consult Ltd ('iReach', 'we', 'us'), serving businesses across Africa. By creating an account or using iReach you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility & accounts

iReach is for businesses and the people authorised to represent them. You must register with accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorised to act for any business you list. You must be of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction and, where required, authorised to bind your business to these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Member conduct & content

You agree to publish truthful information, not to misrepresent capabilities or certifications, and not to post unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content. Business opportunities, requests and quotations published here are commercial offers between members; iReach is a discovery and communication platform, not a party to your contracts. iReach may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Verification & trust

Verification badges reflect documents submitted and reviewed by iReach. Verification indicates a business's identity/credentials at the time of review only; it is not a guarantee of performance, creditworthiness, or the outcome of any transaction. Always perform your own due diligence before entering any business relationship.

4. Scout & outreach compliance

Scout generates AI-drafted outreach suggestions only. You are solely responsible for any message you approve and send, and for compliance with applicable anti-spam, electronic communications and data-protection laws in every recipient's jurisdiction, including respecting opt-outs. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the rules that govern outreach.

5. Plans, quotas & payments

Subscription plans (Free, Starter, Growth, Scale) carry monthly quotas for Scout and Reach. Quotas reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Payments are manual and require admin approval before a plan is activated; see our Payment & Refund Policy. Plans do not auto-renew. Misuse of quotas or attempts to circumvent limits may result in suspension without refund.

6. Pan-African use

iReach is available to businesses across Africa. You are responsible for ensuring your use of iReach complies with the laws of your country of operation and the countries of any businesses you contact, including data protection, electronic communications, and commercial law.

7. Termination & liability

iReach may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, fraud, or material breach. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iReach is provided 'as is' without warranty, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We do not exclude liability for fraud or for matters that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, except where local consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
