Payment & Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how subscription payments, quotas, refunds, and disputes work on iReach. By purchasing a paid plan you agree to these terms.
1. Plans & pricing
iReach offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Scale plans. Pricing is published on the platform and may be shown in multiple currencies (including ZMW, USD, NGN, KES, GHS, ZAR). Prices are inclusive of taxes where required by local law; where not, applicable taxes are added at payment.
2. Manual payment & approval
Payments are processed manually. After you submit payment details (such as an MTN Mobile Money transaction reference and payer phone), an iReach administrator verifies and approves the payment before your plan is activated. You will receive confirmation by email once approved. Until approval, you remain on your previous plan.
3. Billing cycle & quotas
Paid plans run for the number of months purchased. Scout and Reach monthly quotas reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused quotas at the end of a cycle are forfeited. Plans do not auto-renew; you must purchase a new period to continue.
4. Refunds
Because payments are manually approved and quotas are consumed in real time, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if your plan was never activated due to an iReach error. Quotas already consumed are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original currency.
5. Failed, disputed & fraudulent payments
If a payment is reversed, declined, or found to be fraudulent, iReach may suspend your plan and account pending resolution. Providing false transaction references is a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Local payment methods
Supported payment methods may vary by country and are shown at checkout. iReach may add or remove methods as available. Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by your payment provider, not iReach.
7. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and forms part of our Terms of Service.
